Jimmie & Lorae Walker around 1964 Jimmie & Lorae Walker were married in Port Author, Texas in 1935. They moved to Houston in the 1940s and owned the Broadway Coffee Shop. In 1950s they owned and operated Jimmie Walker's Restaurant for 16 years. Lorea managed it after his death in 1966 for ten more years. The Walkers were known for their dedicated work and commitment to employees, community, and family. |
